Error on Captain Easy page 79 -- correction page link provided

Unfortnately, on page 79 of volume one of Captain Easy, a link to one of the files was broken, resulting in a pixellated image.  The book on lulu was revised and the error fixed, but for those who purchased a copy already, here is a link to a printable pdf with the corrected image.
