I've been asked so many times about making stuff available in print form. So I am taking a stab at it, with Adam Ames. I have a lot of good sources for it, and have cleaned up even more than from what has been pisted, with some new sources to replace several montsh that I thought could be done better. 300 dpi as opposed to what is posted here, which is 20 dpi. About 325 pages. No real intro, as that isn't my specialty. Will do it through Lulu. I will only do books so strips that have really good sources. More to come.
